Location adjacent to restaurants all the way along to the old part of the town, Rethymno, which is located between Heraklion and Chania and the super market. Brand-new and airy rooms with kitchen, outstandingly accommodating staff.

Unser Aufenthalt im Cotton House Hotel war fantastisch. Die Zimmer der "Madras" Kategorie waren geräumig und hatten eine angenehme Aussicht auf die Hauptstraße. Das Design sowohl der Zimmer als auch des Hotels war ansprechend und im kubanischen Stil gehalten. Besonders gemütlich und weitläufig war die Terrasse. Die Sauberkeit im Hotel war einwandfrei und die Hotelanlagen waren gut gestaltet. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war köstlich und vielfältig. Die Lage des Hotels war großartig, in einem tollen Viertel und in der Nähe der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten.

We loved the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the upgraded and newly refurbished room. the hotel was very close to a modern supermarket and just a short stroll away from the beach and numerous restaurants. the universal Cretan charm and warmth of the people really impressed us.
Felt very well taken care of, no reason to complain.
